Doom is a 1993 computer game by id Software that is among the landmark titles in the first-person shooter genre. Doom II: Hell on Earth (1994)

Doom II: Hell on Earth is a first-person shooter video game created by id Software. It was originally released on the IBM PC on September 30, 1994. It is the sequel to the popular and revolutionary game Doom, which was released a year earlier. In 1995, Doom II won the Origins Award for Best Fantasy or Science Fiction Computer Game of 1994. Unlike Doom which was initially only available through shareware and mail order, Doom II was a commercial release sold in stores.
Doom II was not a dramatically different game from its predecessor. There were no major technological developments, no major graphical improvements, and no real changes in fundamental gameplay. The game still consisted of the player negotiating non-linear levels, picking up keys to unlock new areas, and of course shooting down hundreds upon hundreds of monsters.

Add to that the new hard sniper mode, and you have a game you can enjoy for a long time. So this game is not developed in a large software house, where the creative and innovative are lost in a large bureaucracy, where a special game has no change of being made. As a single Independent developer I can make the game the way I want, aiming for a niche of players that like a challenging game, and not necessary need constantly firing bullet in all directions to have fun. Road Rash is the name of a motorcycle-racing video game series by Electronic Arts, in which the player participates in violent illegal street races. The game was originally written for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, but was ported to several other systems. The game's title is based on the slang term for the severe friction burns that can occur in a motorcycling fall where skin comes into contact with the ground at high speed. The game is over if the player can't pay for the repairs when their motorcycle is wrecked, or can't pay the fine for being arrested.
